GreenTree Properties

The redevelopment of the office building at Hessenbergweg in Amsterdam into a multifunctional building, with two residential towers, an office tower, supermarket, day-care centre and other commercial space with an underground car park, started on 26 March 2024. During this process, Hemwood advised on all the environmental-law aspects, the new ground leases, and the entire property division structure, and arranged for all the contracts with the (future) investors. A lengthy and intensive project which, thanks to close cooperation with all the parties involved, was completed the day before the start of the demolition work.
