Niels van Tamelen

Niels specializes in real estate. He has a broad consultancy and litigation practice with a focus on commercial tenancy law and business rights. He acts for both domestic and foreign investors, developers, retailers and other end users.

Niels combines a thorough knowledge of real estate law with knowledge of other areas of law such as administrative law, insolvency law, competition law and state aid and is thus able to provide strategic advice and litigate efficiently in complex processes and disputes. His clients appreciate him for his knowledge of the market and their business, responsiveness, daring, quality and no-nonsense approach.

He regularly publishes in leading legal journals in his field. He enjoys teaching and is a member of various associations. Niels started at Hemwood on September 1, 2018 and comes from Dentons Boekel (formerly Boekel De Nerée) where he worked for almost nine years.
