The redevelopment of Vitrum, the iconic bridge building over Parnassusweg. The new building will have a total surface area of approximately 13,400 m². Hemwood’s notarial team advised on all notarial aspects, including leasehold and negotiations with the municipality of Amsterdam regarding the schedule and the renovation conditions. This included the possible extension, sustainability aspects and adjustments to the apartment rights.

The acquisition and transformation of ING’s former headquarters at Bijlmerplein in Amsterdam into a mixed-use building including housing, offices, meeting spaces and hospitality. Hemwood handled the transfer and transformation of the real estate law aspects, such as the change of leasehold and division.
