The redevelopment of Slotervaart Hospital This former hospital building was transformed into a ‘centre for care’. Hemwood litigated and advised on various environmental and environment and planning law issues. The notary also gave advice on the amendment of leasehold rights.

Large-scale project development of the former gunpowder factory site to the west of the existing Muiden town centre. This development involved the construction of 1,300 new homes, green spaces and space for retail, catering and other businesses, and sports and social facilities. Hemwood advised and litigated on behalf of the developer.

A custom-built, state-of-the-art and sustainable (BREEAM Excellent) distribution centre in Tiel. With a surface area of 95,000 m², this is one of the largest distribution centres in the Netherlands. Hemwood assisted Montea with the development agreements and the lease with Intergamma. Hemwood assisted from the start of the project, arranging the deal structure, LOI, conducting all negotiations and drafting all agreements.
