Su Chun Coulier Lin

Su Chun specializes in private construction law and tenancy law and frequently advises on real estate transactions. She assists with development, redevelopment, and renovation projects from the design phase through to completion.
Since 2012, she has worked as a lawyer, initially at Höcker and later at Florent, combining her real estate practice with insolvency law. She completed the VHA Tenancy Law specialization course in 2018 and the VBR-A Private Construction Law specialization course in 2024. She also publishes in the Journal of Housing Law (JHV).
In addition to Dutch and English, she is fluent in Mandarin. She is a member of VBR-A and VHA.
