Su Chun graduated from Maastricht University (Dutch law). She has worked as a lawyer since 2012 (first at Höcker, later at Florent), gaining in-depth knowledge of and experience in the real estate practice, which she has also combined with the insolvency practice.
Su Chun Lin has extensive knowledge of and experience in advising on and supervising real estate transactions, the purchase and sale of real estate, and real estate contracts in transformations and renovations. She has been involved in the settlement of several real estate portfolios in sizeable and high-profile bankruptcies.
Su Chun successfully completed the specialisation course of the Association of Landlord-Tenant Lawyers (VHA) in 2018. As a member of the VHA, she specialises in the field of landlord-tenant law, focusing on commercial landlord-tenant law. She regularly publishes in SDU’s Huurrecht in Praktijk (HIP) journal and in SDU’s Journaal Huur & Verhuur (JHV) online journal. Su Chun speaks Mandarin Chinese in addition to Dutch and English.
