Quinten Beelaerts van Blokland

Quinten completed his master’s degree in constitutional and administrative law at the University of Amsterdam cum laude in 2024. Quinten’s graduation thesis focused on the possibility of enforcing municipal climate mitigation policies. In addition to his Master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law, Quinten also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Amsterdam. During his studies, Quinten also completed several internships at law firms and the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State. He specializes in general administrative law and environmental law.
