Nienke de Jong

Nienke started as a lawyer at Boekel De Nerée in 2007, focusing on commercial tenancy law, real estate acquisitions and disposals, and administrative law. She then worked for eight years as in-house counsel in area and project development at housing corporation Ymere. She advised on new-build projects and inner-city redevelopments and negotiated with developers, municipalities, investors and contractors. Nienke joined Hemwood in September 2019. In 2016 she completed the Grotius Real Estate programme and she is a member of the Real Estate Lawyers Association.
