Elisabeth graduated in notarial law from the University of Groningen in 2020 and has worked in the notarial profession ever since. She completed her professional notarial training in 2024 and has been competent to act as a deputy civil-law notary since that year. Before joining Hemwood, she worked as a candidate civil-law notary at DLA Piper for almost four years. Focussing primarily on transactions and property development, and gaining a great deal of experience.
At Hemwood, Elisabeth is a member of the notarial team and focuses on property law. She advises investors and developers on development/redevelopment projects and on property transactions. Elisabeth deals with legal aspects such as ground lease, superficies, division into apartment rights, and the structuring of multifunctional complexes.
Her knowledge and experience provide her with a sound overview of projects and allow her to interconnect the various aspects involved. Elisabeth aims to give her clients practical advice to enable them to effectively carry their projects through. She is a reliable partner in the notarial process, with a keen eye for both the legal details and the bigger picture.
