Su Chun Lin

Su Chun specialises in private construction law and landlord‑tenant law and frequently advises on real estate transactions. She supervises (re)development and renovation projects from design through delivery. She is a lawyer since 2012 (first at Höcker, later at Florent), she combined real estate with insolvency practice. She completed the VHA tenancy law specialisation (2018) and the VBR‑A private construction law course (2024) and publishes in JHV. She speaks Mandarin in addition to Dutch and English. She is a member of VBR‑A and VHA.
