Sonja van der Kamp

Sonja van der Kamp has been a lawyer since 1996 and joined Hemwood on 1 September 2018. From 1996 to 2018, she practised as a lawyer and partner at Dentons (formerly Boekel De Nerée). She focuses on commercial tenancy law and other civil real estate matters, such as apartment rights, leasehold and purchase agreements. Sonja frequently acts for investors, developers, retailers and hospitality companies. She advises, drafts and litigates. She is on the editorial board of Tijdschrift voor Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte, taught at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and chairs the Dutch Bar’s tenancy law advisory committee. She also serves on the editorial board of Vastgoedcontracten.nl.
