Sjors Zuethoff

Sjors Zuethoff specialises in environmental law. He assists commercial real estate parties and (semi‑)public bodies with spatial planning, environmental issues, enforcement and land development, as well as expropriation and pre‑emption rights. He also advises on energy law, including grid congestion and sustainability of real estate. Sjors previously worked at Dentons and Wijn & Stael. In 2021 he completed the Grotius Planning and Environmental Law programme cum laude. He is a member of VAR and NeVER and active in networks such as FRESH, ULI and Jong Leefomgeving. He regularly teaches and publishes.
