Rosanne Overwijk

Rosanne has been part of the notarial team since 1 September 2022. She studied Office Management at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and worked in the notary practice of DLA Piper. In 2021 she completed the Registered Notarial Clerk programmes in Property Law and Corporate Law. As a notarial paralegal she manages identification and legalisation processes, performs Land Registry searches and supports title due diligence. She prepares powers of attorney and completion statements.
