Renée van Dam

Renée is an analytical lawyer specialising in environmental law, planning and zoning, and regulatory enforcement. She obtained Master’s degrees in Constitutional and Administrative Law and Construction Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2021. Her academic work included two notable dissertations on circular zoning under the Environment and Planning Act (Omgevingswet) and on architects’ copyright in circular construction. During her studies she gained practical experience through internships at several law firms.
Renée is a member of VJOJ and JOA.
