Hilde Haentjens

Hilde specialises in commercial lease law, turnkey and forward funding transactions, sale-and-leasebacks and structured sale processes. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating lease agreements and transaction documentation for offices, (student) housing, hotels and educational buildings. Hilde acts for investors, public bodies, developers and retailers. She joined Hemwood in February 2025 and previously worked at the Municipality of Utrecht and CMS. She graduated from VU Amsterdam in 2012. In 2021 she completed the Grotius Real Estate programme and in 2025 the Grotius National and International Contracting programme (both with honours).
