Sharmayne Rog

Sharmayne joined Hemwood on 1 July 2022 as a notarial paralegal. She studied Law (Leiden University of Applied Sciences, 2011) and completed the notarial clerk training in 2016. Before joining Hemwood she worked at DLA Piper for almost eleven years, moving from secretary to notarial paralegal. Sharmayne has broad experience in notarial real estate practice and a strong affinity with IT applications. She applies these in due diligence, Land Registry matters, plot formation and larger portfolios, and independently prepares purchase agreements and deeds of transfer.
