Frederike Linssen

Lawyer | Associate Partner

Frederike has been a lawyer since 2010 and specializes in construction law. She advises and litigates on behalf of both clients and contractors in the construction sector on issues relating to contract formation, project execution, and disputes. These include matters such as additional work, delays, liability, and defects. Thanks to her technical background, she is able to communicate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and experts, and to translate complex cases into a clear and legally sound strategy.

In addition to her work as a lawyer, Frederike is a dual PhD candidate in the programme of the Leiden University Dual PhD Centre The Hague. The working title of her research proposal is “Is there room in civil law for compensation for lawful conduct? The Afzinkkelder judgment in perspective.” She is also a member of the youth board of a football club and a volunteer at Naastencentraal.
