Jan Willem focuses on the civil law aspects of real estate and advises and litigates in areas including rental law, real estate transactions and liability of real estate professionals.

Jan Willem received his Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Free University and his Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Amsterdam. Jan Willem was sworn in as a lawyer in 2020 and has been with Hemwood since 2024. He is a member of the Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers.
